1. Process design
The production technology of this project adopts domestic mature and advanced corn starch production technology. The main production equipment is washing machine, file grinder, centrifugal screen, refined cyclone, vacuum dehydrator, air dryer, etc. The whole set of equipment adopts automatic control system.
The project consists of raw material storage yard, starch workshop, boiler room, floor scale, comprehensive building, etc.
2. Process
The corn starch production process adopted in this project is the raw material production through cleaning, soaking, coarse crushing, embryo separation, grinding, fiber separation, protein separation, cleaning, centrifugal separation, drying, starch product packaging and other processes.

The modified starch production line is dominated by screw denaturation equipment. The reactor of this equipment adopts a screw reaction extruder, which has a small amount of reactants, low energy consumption, energy saving, low water consumption, no sewage discharge and exhaust gas discharge, and the reaction process adopts automatic monitoring and control. , To ensure the safe, stable and high-speed reaction of the reaction.
