The equipment is made of stainless steel and consists of two cylinders. It is a single-layer stainless steel welded structure with polished inner and outer surfaces and a venting valve at the top for deflation during operation. The pipe joint adopts the expansion joint. After the water pressure test of 0.3Mpa, the three-way external thread cock is flexible to open and close. The equipment is compact in structure, convenient in operation and simple in maintenance.
Double filter is also called parallel switching filter. It uses two three-way ball valves to assemble two single-tube filters on one frame. It does not need to stop when cleaning the filter to ensure continuous operation. It is a non-stop production line filter device. Firstly, the filter element of the filter, in addition to the stainless steel filter element, can also be used with high-quality honeycomb type degreased fiber cotton, which can filter out particles with a particle size of 1μ or more.
