Hot water bubble cleaning machine
The bubble cleaning machine is equipped with a bubble generating device. This machine is equipped with electric heating and can add degreasing cleaning agent. When the material enters the water, under the action of high-pressure water flow and strong air bubbles, it is fully dispersed, rolled, cleaned, and transported, resulting in an irregular and strong turning movement. Through the movement of the material, the attachments and oil stains on the surface of the product are effectively separated. The oil eluted from the surface of the material overflows from the overflow port to ensure that the pool is clean and the impurities can be discharged in time. After the material is lifted out of the water by the mesh belt, it is cleaned by a second water purification spray to ensure that the material is thoroughly cleaned, and then sent to the next process. The bubble cleaning machine simulates the basic action of manual cleaning. Because the material is tossed in the air-water mixture, it effectively avoids collisions, knocks, scratches and other phenomena during the cleaning process.
